I decided to share my tips mainly by email and on my website instead of making too many reels on Instagram. Let me explain why.

Every time you watch a reel, somewhere a server is working hard to send it to you. It uses energy. A lot more than you think. Short videos are actually one of the heaviest things on the internet.
And honestly, social media is exhausting. The rules change all the time. The format changes. One day it’s stories, then reels, then something else. You have no control over anything: the algorithm decides who sees your content, and sometimes that’s almost nobody. I don’t want to depend on that. I want to write to you directly, on my own terms.

I’ll still be on Instagram, just differently. I’ll share simple, lightweight images and the occasional low-impact Reel to stay connected here. No heavy videos, no overproduction — just small, intentional content.

An email is just text. It goes straight from me to you. No algorithm, no autoplay, no endless scroll. Much lighter for the planet and much simpler for both of us.
I like the idea of landing in your inbox like a little letter from a friend. You read it when you want. You don’t have to scroll through anything to find it.
